The Linn County Trails Association (LCTA) provides information regarding gravel cycling routes solely as a public service. These routes may traverse public roads, private roads open to public use, rights-of-way, and other areas that may contain natural or man-made hazards. Users are solely responsible for evaluating route conditions and determining whether a route is suitable for their abilities, equipment, and physical condition. Gravel roads and related facilities may include, without limitation, loose aggregate, ruts, washouts, potholes, mud, dust, steep grades, standing water, vehicular traffic, farm equipment, animals, adverse weather conditions, and other hazards that may result in property damage, injury, serious bodily harm, or death.

By accessing, using, or traveling any route identified, promoted, mapped, or described by the LCTA, users acknowledge and assume all risks associated with such activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the LCTA, its officers, directors, members, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, expense, or claim arising from or related to the use of these routes or reliance upon route information. Route conditions may change at any time without notice. The LCTA makes no representations or warranties regarding the safety, accuracy, completeness, condition, availability, or suitability of any route. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, traffic controls, and property access restrictions. Participation in cycling and related recreational activities is voluntary and undertaken entirely at the user's own risk.
